Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement: By engaging in our event photography services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

2. Booking and Confirmation: a. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services for your event. b. Final booking confirmation is subject to receipt of the deposit and a signed agreement.

3. Event Details: a. The client must provide accurate event details, including date, time, and venue. b. Any changes to the event details must be communicated and agreed upon in writing.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: a. The client understands that the deposit is non-refundable. b. Cancellations made less than [3 days] before the event will result in a [percentage]% cancellation fee.

5. Photography Scope: a. The scope of photography services is outlined in the agreement. b. Additional services may incur extra charges.

6. Client Cooperation: a. The client agrees to cooperate with the photographer for the best possible outcome. b. Any delays or disruptions caused by the client may affect the quality of the photos.

7. Image Delivery: a. The photographer will deliver the edited images within [X weeks] after the event. b. Clients will receive digital copies; prints and additional products are available for purchase.

8. Copyright and Usage: a. The photographer retains the copyright to all images. b. Clients are granted a personal use license and may not sell or distribute images for commercial purposes without written consent.

9. Model Release: a. Clients grant the photographer the right to use images for promotional purposes. b. Any concerns about image usage should be discussed and agreed upon before the event.

10. Payment: a. The balance must be paid in full before or on the day of the event. b. Late payments may incur additional fees.

11. Force Majeure: a. The photographer is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, accidents).

12. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be addressed through negotiation and, if necessary, legal action.
